I'd drink it up in a couple of days or throw it out. The enemy is the air in the half empty bottle, which ruins the wine. If you put the wine in a half bottle, there is less air cauing a problem, but it will only help for another couple of days. Putting the wine in a refrigerator will help. When you want to drink it, just put it in a microwave for a few seconds. Honest.
